We knew it would be a difficult road to get to contract and also navigate the sale of our own home in the current real estate market. Eva gave us all the confidence we needed to make this happen. I don't know that we've ever worked with anyone as effective at what they do as Eva. She helped us navigate every step of the process, and when unforeseen circumstances would come up, she would be on the phone with us with solutions. She has been in our corner since day one, and we felt very comfortable allowing her to navigate the whole process with us.
