Meet Eva Pursifull

As a Boise native, the Treasure Valley has been home for as long as I can remember. I’ve had the privilege of raising my children here, and now I get to enjoy one of life’s greatest blessings: being a grandparent. Watching my family grow while remaining rooted in the community I love has been incredibly special.

When I’m not helping clients navigate the home-buying and selling process, you’ll likely find me enjoying everything the Treasure Valley has to offer. I love paddle boarding, spending time on the water, and taking long walks along the Greenbelt. You might also catch me riding on the back of my man’s motorcycle, cruising the twisties through the foothills and beyond. There’s something about being outdoors that makes life feel a little lighter.

I’m also a serious coffee drinker—and by serious, I mean there’s a very good chance coffee is involved in whatever I’m doing. Add a good book to the mix, and I’m perfectly content.

But one of the things I truly love most is helping people find a place to call home.

Every client has a different story, and I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach to real estate.

To me, real estate is about so much more than houses. It’s about people, families, new beginnings, fresh starts, and finding the place where life can truly happen.

So, that’s me in a nutshell: Boise born and raised, family-oriented, always up for a paddle or a walk along the Greenbelt, rarely without a cup of coffee or a good book nearby, and genuinely passionate about helping people find their next home—no matter what stage of life they’re in.
